This paisley print is 100% cotton twill covered with a clear PVC overlay. There are two bottle pockets on the outside of the bag and a wide, zippered pocket on both the front and back. Inside are two small pockets and one zippered pocket. A removable, matching changing pad is included. Features 8" handles and a removable 28" - 56" adjustable shoulder strap. 16"L x  7" W x 11"H
