Diaper Bag Place Orders
Orders for "in-stock" items placed by 10:00 PM ( CST, Mon. - Fri. ) If the item is in stock, the order will be processed the next business day.
After you place your order, you should receive an acknowledgment via e-mail within 20 minutes, this confirms we are processing your order. If you have any additional questions in reference to your order please feel free to e-mail us at support@diaperbagplace.com.
Orders placed over the weekend or during holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
Payment
Payment by credit cards are accepted without added surcharges.
We accept all credit card payments and Paypal. Paypal is preferred.
Payment on all orders are to be pre-paid prior to shipping.
Prices
Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We will contact you if pricing or availability effects your order.
Privacy
diaperbagplace.com is committed to ensuring the privacy of our customers. We will not give, sell, or in any way redistribute your personally identifiable information to any third party unless we are legally required to do so.
Returns
Any products to be authorized by us for return must be processed within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
The only exception to this would be products purchased as gifts, for example Christmas gifts. You must advise us that the bag is a gift at the time of purchase (use special request comment section). We will extend the return policy for 14 days after the date the bag is being given as a gift.
Non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping and credit card processing charges are not refundable.
Returns must be sent to us freight pre-paid.
Before returning any product, e-mail us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. We will not accept any returns without an RA number. The RA number is only valid for 15 days after it has been issued and must be clearly displayed on the shipping label.
Products must be returned 100% complete, unused, and in the original packaging. Products must be accompanied by any manuals, accessories, or spare parts that originally shipped with the product.
Products being returned should be packaged with the utmost care and with sufficient padding to secure its safe return.
Some items might have to be returned to the manufacturer for warranty issues. We will inform you in that case.
Shipment
We use UPS, USPS, FedEx and other common carriers. We reserve the right to ship by alternative carriers.
The stated number of "Shipping Days" are regular business days only, shipments do not move over weekends and holidays.
Product Warranty
Guaranteed for 30 days against defects in materials and/or workmanship. If our product proves defective during normal use, we will replace or repair it (at our discretion; free of charge). Damage due to improper use, accidents, normal wear and tear, and negligence are not covered by this warranty.
Please note that no returns will be accepted without prior authorization from our customer service department and that these returns should be sent to us prepaid.
